Our team is growing and now we have an opening for Technical Recruiter/remote – temporary position.
Lead full-cycle IT recruitment process for assigned positions, partner closely with Hiring Managers and ensuring a positive experience for the candidate and the team
Collaborate with Hiring Managers around role definition and creating job descriptions and candidate scorecards
Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies
Actively source candidates (both active and passive) for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals, headhunting, and contacts
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates - assess candidates’ fit and motivation
Work closely with hiring managers in the selection and hiring process
3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with established success in corporate and/or agency recruiting
Deep understanding of the Tech hiring landscape and complexity of talent markets
Strategic thinker with high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently
Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research, and personal network
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process
