WHAT your essential role in the team will be:
  • Lead a team of 3-6 software developers, supporting various needs of the team;
  • Monitors the work (Velocity, Progress, Jira Status);
  • Defends the focus time of the team;
  • Resolves Blockers within the team;
  • Provides regular feedback;
  • Makes regular code reviews to guide the team;
  • Coaches the team to self-organize (Timeline, Progress, New Tasks);
  • Has oversight on development;
  • Delegates accountability;
  • Decomposes stories (adds tech tasks if needed);
  • Estimates stories with the team;
  • Owns deliverability of the team;
  • Creates growth plans for the team members;
  • Code quality responsibility (following guidelines);
  • Works with the other team and tech leaders in the distributed sites to ensure consistent integration of services across teams.
WHAT necessary requirements for the position are needed:
  • A minimum of 4 years work experience with C#, SQL and the .NET world;
  • Practical experience with database design, implementation and optimization;
  • Practical experience with WebAPI, WCF;
  • Practical experience with N-tier and microservice architectures;
  • Knowledge of message queues or streaming platforms is a plus;
  • Knowledge or experience in cloud solutions is a plus;
  • Good understanding of design patterns and reusable software design approaches;
  • A minimum of 1 year in leading full development lifecycle and managing a technical team;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
