Role:
As a Senior Software Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Product Management Team as to ensure that our business customers’ needs are truly and efficiently met. You will be working closely with product managers, development and QA teams to represent the validated user stories and make sure the desired functionality is being delivered in the correct manner.
Your goal will be to deliver a successful product to users in a way that aligns with the platform roadmap and company vision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Owns his/her functional area and collaborates with a dedicated engineering team
· Works closely with the product managers to understand the customer’s needs and to elicit the business requirements.
· Keeps track of industry trends and identifies areas of product improvement
· Acts as the voice of the customer in strategic decisions, especially in regards with future product development.
· Performs requirements analysis. interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses.
· Specifies and models the functional requirements/ user stories and define acceptance criteria to ensure they are complete, unambiguous and testable. Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, wireframes and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
· Prepares the needed documentation in proper format as per the internal procedures and policies;
- Proposes solution approach and business process changes to be made as part of implementation of the solution;
- Serves as direct representative of the business with delivery teams (developers, QA, external partners), representing/reinforcing the customers' perspective throughout the product realization cycle. Adjusts priorities as required while managing tight timelines;
- Contributes to the success of the team and its vision by encouraging open communication, innovation, teamwork and a high degree of professionalism.
- Participates in demos/ training sessions and prepares user manuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business/Technology, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in software business analysis, preferably with Financial ERP or CRM systems;
- Experience with agile software development methodologies (preferably Kanban, SCRUM);
- Ability to extract, split and document the requirements into user stories;
- Ability to estimate BA work for release planning purposes, collaborating with the team to make pre-analysis of features and related user stories.
- Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Professional experience in financial services area will be considered as strong advantage;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of scope;
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management in order to perform discussions;
- Excellent computer skills - Excel/Word;
- Advanced knowledge of English – spoken and written.

If you are a Microsoft System Administrator with some knowledge in Linux and aspirations to move into the Security field, you are welcome to join our team!
You must have in-depth knowledge of administering Windows Active Directory networks and Windows servers and working knowledge of administering Linux servers.
We are looking for a System Administrator who wants to move into Security – and are willing to give you a chance, if you have the right mindset and skills.
- Participate in the prevention, detection and response activities in the company.
- You will need solid system administration capabilities to implement security hardening for servers and desktops (Windows environment).
- Scripting with PowerShell is a must, python is a plus.
- You will be responsible for testing and implementing multiple security controls across a broad range of IT infrastructure – Windows, Linux and network devices, databases and applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field or relevant work experience;
- Security hardening (OS & Application) skills;
- Application security knowledge and experience;
- Security product usage and administration – vulnerability management tools;
- DevSecOps experience is a plus, but not a must;
- 5 years experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO, File Services, DNS, IIS, DHCP) – installation, configuration and administration;
