WHAT your essential role in the team will be:

Participate in the development of core services and Web or Windows applications using C# and .NET framework, SQL, ASP MVC/WebForms, Web API, WCF, RabbitMQ/EasyNetQ, Microservices, Polymer, DevExpress
Analyse functional requirements, define tasks and estimate development time
Design and implement database structure
Design and implement services to interface with external applications (WCF, Web API)
Implement new features as well as fixing bugs and performance issues
Refactor and improve code in terms of readability, design patterns
Write and maintain unit tests
Perform code reviews

WHAT necessary requirements for the position are needed:

A minimum of one and a half years work experience with C#, MVC/WebAPI/WebForms and MS SQL Server is a must
Practical experience with database design and implementation is a plus
Good understanding of design patterns and reusable software design approaches
Ability to work effectively in a team
Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Analytical skills and attention to detail

WHAT your essential role in the team will be?

Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers to ensure reliable operations

Security and Compliance: Ensure system security, manage user access control, and implement policies for security compliance
Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to escalated support tickets and diagnose complex technical problems in the Windows environment
Infrastructure Development: Provide technical expertise for developing system architecture and implementing new IT solutions
Microsoft Ecosystem Management: Administer the organization's Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure Active Directory (AD), Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
Scripting and Automation: Use tools like PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency
Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions in internal knowledge bases and potentially provide advice or training to other administrators

WHAT necessary requirements and personal skills for the position are needed?

Advanced Windows Server: Deep knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and their various services
Microsoft Ecosystem: Expertise in managing Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services
PowerShell/Scripting: Proficiency in scripting for automation and system management
Virtualization: Experience with virtual server environments
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues
